Since 15 February 2010, fineo Ltd has been eduQua-certified as a provider of training courses. This certification is valid until 14 February 2013.

As part of the certification process, the IQB-FHS Institute St. Gallen evaluated our long-standing Grundkurs in Banking & Finance.

According to eduQua, the quality of an institution is determined by six elements: the program on offer, client communication, the way in which the services are carried out, the teaching personnel, levels of learning success,

and the way in which quality is assured and developed. In turn, six eduQua-quality criteria are derived from these six elements, forming the basis of the certification procedure.

1. programs on offer, which satisfy clients' educational requirements
2. learning success with long-term success for the participants
3. transparent presentation of the courses and their pedagogical conception
4. client-oriented, economical, efficient and effective provision of services
5. committed teaching personnel, who are methodically, didactically and professionally up-to-date
6. awareness of quality assurance and of quality development
